When you eat a lot of processed foods that puts you more at risk for CANCER. But if you choose to replace those processed foods with clean foods, then they help fight cancer growth. They say broccoli and tomatoes are especially beneficial in that area!
One of the last benefits of eating clean is your mental health. Not having enough Omega-3 can cause moodiness and depression. So having healthy diet and not skipping meals can eliminate anxiety and reduce headaches and stomachaches. That sounds pretty enticing to me!
